Broker Pays for Agent Websites

When the broker pays for agent websites, every agent gets branded listing pages under the office without each person managing a separate subscription.

On Property Landing Pages the broker-pays plan is about $5 per agent per month billed yearly, with a $250 per month minimum billed yearly.

What does the office get?

A home page, agent directory, and office listings under one logo and color set. Lead visibility at the office level. Consistent footers and equal housing marks. The ability to invite agents or upload a roster.

Agents still have their own profiles and listing pages with gallery, map, and tour form.

What does each agent get?

A profile, their listings, and pages that match the office brand. They do not pay the platform fee on this plan. They can still be limited by what the office enables. See brokerage listing pages.

How does this compare to agents paying?

On agents-pay, the broker account is free and each agent upgrades to Pro ($25 per month billed yearly) if they want unlimited listings and the CRM. On broker-pays, the office covers everyone at a lower per-agent rate and meets the minimum.

Choose broker-pays when you want every agent live under the brand and will cover the bill. Choose agents-pay when you want agents to opt in.

What is not included?

Full MLS search. That still requires an IDX platform if the office needs it. Listing pages cover the homes your agents control.

How do you set it up?

Create an office account, choose broker-pays, set branding, and add agents. Billing is on the office.
