Real Estate Website for Small Brokerages
One brand, every agent’s listing pages, and a public directory. Broker pays or agents pay. Low per-agent cost.
A real estate website for small brokerages should keep every agent page on the office brand, show a directory and office listings, and route leads without a large per-agent platform fee.
Property Landing Pages supports that with a broker-pays or agents-pay option. Agents get listing pages with a gallery, map, and tour form. The office controls the look.
What does the office site include?
A home page with the brokerage name, branding, and a featured image. An agents directory so buyers can find the right person. A listings page for homes from the whole office. A contact path that can reach the right agent or the broker. Individual agents still get their own profiles and listing pages.
Colors, logo, and footer stay consistent so the public face matches. Listing cards can credit both the office and the agent.
How does pricing work?
Broker pays: about $5 per agent per month billed yearly (or $6 monthly), with a $250 per month minimum billed yearly. The office covers the seats and can see and route office leads.
Agents pay: free for the broker. Agents join free and upgrade to member Pro when they want unlimited listings, the CRM, and other Pro features. The brand stays on every page either way.
Pro for an individual agent is $25 per month billed yearly if they upgrade themselves.
Why this fits small offices
You avoid putting every agent on an $80 to $165 IDX plan if the main need is branded listing pages. Agents can start free and upgrade when they have listings to market. You can upload a roster and invite them. Setup is self-serve. There is no large design package per agent.
If you later need full MLS search, you can add an IDX tool. The listing pages can remain for the homes your agents control.
What do agents still control?
Their headshot, bio, and listings. On Pro, their own CRM view and the option for a custom domain. The office locks the brand elements so pages stay on message. Assistants can help manage listings where seats allow.
How do leads work?
Tour requests can be routed to the correct agent. On broker-pays plans the office can see the broader picture. Agents on Pro still have their own lead list. Leads also go to email.
How do you set it up?
Create an office account, set the brand, and invite agents or upload a roster. Agents add their listings. Public pages stay on brand from the start.
