Real Estate Agent CRM Built Into Your Listing Pages
Tour requests and contact form leads land in a simple CRM on Pro. Filter by status, search, and send leads to Follow Up Boss or a webhook.
Most agents already get leads from listing pages. The problem is where those leads go and how fast you can see them.
A lead that arrives in an email is easy to miss. A lead that arrives in a simple list you can filter and search is easier to work. The built-in CRM on Pro is that list. It is not a full marketing automation platform. It is the place the tour requests and contact forms land so you can see them and move them forward.
What the built-in CRM does
On Pro every tour request and contact form submission from your listing pages and agent site lands in one place. You can:
- Filter by status (New, Contacted, Showing, Under contract, Closed, Lost)
- Search by name, email, phone, or listing
- See the listing the lead came from
- Export the list
- Send each new lead to Follow Up Boss or any webhook
The free plan sends leads to your email only. Pro adds the CRM view and the connectors. See the free vs Pro split.
The status filters match how most agents already think about leads. A new request starts as New. Once you have replied it becomes Contacted. If you schedule a showing it moves to Showing. You can mark it Under contract, Closed, or Lost as the deal progresses. The search box helps when you remember a name or a listing but not the exact date.
Why it lives next to the listing pages
The lead already came from a specific home. Keeping it in the same dashboard as the listing means you can see which pages are producing inquiries without switching tools. Visitor counts on the home tab show which listings are getting traffic even before someone fills out a form.
The pages themselves stay fast. The CRM is only in the dashboard. Public visitors still see the same listing page with the gallery, map, and form.
That separation is intentional. The public page stays light. The dashboard is where you manage what the page produced.
External CRMs
If you already use Follow Up Boss, paste the API key and new leads arrive as Property Inquiries. A webhook works with Zapier, Make, or any endpoint that accepts JSON. You do not have to choose between the built-in view and your existing system.
Many agents use both. The built-in CRM is the quick view. The external system is where longer nurture sequences live. The webhook or Follow Up Boss connector sends the lead onward so you do not have to copy it by hand.
What the free plan still does
On the free plan every lead still arrives by email. You can reply from your inbox. You simply do not have the filtered list or the connectors until you upgrade. For one listing and a small number of leads, email is often enough.
