Affiliate program

How it works

• Apply below, or join by invite. We review applications by hand. You do not need an agent account.
• Once approved, you get an email to create your partner login and open your dashboard.
• Get your unique link (/r/yourcode or ?via=yourcode).
• A 60-day first-party cookie remembers your link (last click wins).
• Connect payouts through Stripe Express from your dashboard. Commissions pay out automatically after a 30-day hold.

Commission

• Monthly plans: 100% of the first paid invoice, 30% of each of the next 12 paid invoices, then 10% of every paid invoice after that for as long as the customer keeps paying.
• Yearly plans: one month's share of the yearly price plus 30% of the remainder on the first payment (e.g. Pro $300/yr ≈ $107.50), then 10% of each yearly renewal from Year 2 on.
• Cash only: you earn on what the customer actually pays. A period covered by a credit, coupon or 100% discount ($0 paid) earns nothing and does not count toward the 12 paid invoices; a partly credited invoice earns on the cash part.
• Also applies to broker-pay office seat invoices and member Pro in agents-pay offices.
• Computed from Stripe net paid amount (after discounts, excluding tax as invoiced). Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission; if it was already paid, it is offset against your next payouts.
• No self-referral. Agent referral credits (1 free month) stay separate; if both links apply, the affiliate commission wins.

Affiliates are independent contractors, responsible for their own taxes, and must disclose the affiliate relationship (FTC). We may change or end the program. See the Terms.
