Property Landing Pages

Privacy Policy

Effective October 15, 2026 · Version 2026-10-15

This policy explains what Property Landing Pages ("we" or "us") collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have in every U.S. state. It is also our notice at collection under California law.

1. Two roles: agents and their leads

2. What we collect, where it comes from, and why

We do not collect precise geolocation, biometric data, government ID numbers, or consumer health data, and we do not make inferences or profiles about you.

3. Who we share it with

We use these service providers, which process data for us under contract:

Listing addresses (not visitor data) are sent to the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder or OpenStreetMap Nominatim to place listings on a map, and public page addresses are sent to search engines through IndexNow. When an agent turns them on, leads are also sent to that agent's Follow Up Boss account or their own webhook (for example Zapier or Make); those services act for the agent. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

4. Cookies, analytics and tracking

We count visits to agent and listing pages so agents can see how many people view them. This is done without cookies: we record a page view and use a one-way hash of the visitor's IP address, browser and the date to count unique visitors for that day. The raw IP address and browser details are not stored, each hash is deleted after one day, and agents only see totals, never who visited. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless, on all pages including agent pages, to see total page views. Apart from Google Analytics on our own pages, we do not use analytics cookies, and we do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or other third-party trackers. Our fonts are served from our own site.

5. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. That includes information about anyone under 16. Because there is nothing to opt out of, no form is needed, but we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request and honor it. We do not use sensitive personal information (your account login) for anything other than providing the Service, so the right to limit its use does not need a separate step. Google Analytics on our own pages is used only to measure our site, with Google signals and ad personalization turned off, and it is not loaded at all when your browser sends GPC or Do Not Track.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your state privacy rights

Many states give residents privacy rights, including California (CCPA as amended by CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, Nebraska and Rhode Island. To keep it simple, we offer these rights to every U.S. resident, whether or not a law requires it:

How to ask. Email support@propertylandingpages.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. We verify you by matching the email on file and may ask for a bit more information. You may use an authorized agent, who must show your signed permission; we may still verify you directly. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by 45 more days if needed, telling you why. Requests about a lead you sent to an agent go to that agent (see Section 1).

Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying with "Appeal" in the subject. We will answer within 45 days (60 days where state law allows) and explain our decision. If you are not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.

California Shine the Light. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.

Nevada. We do not sell covered information. You may still send an opt-out request to support@propertylandingpages.com.

Washington, Nevada and Connecticut consumer health data. We do not collect consumer health data as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act or similar laws.

8. Emails and texts

We send account, security, billing and lead notification emails needed to run the Service. If we ever send marketing emails, each will include an unsubscribe link that works. We do not send marketing texts. Calls, texts or emails from an agent come from that agent, not us; ask the agent to stop them.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

10. Children

The Service is for adult real estate professionals and their clients and is not directed to children. Accounts require age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 for lead forms). If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell agents by email or in the dashboard.
