Terms of Service
Effective October 15, 2026 · Version 2026-10-15
These Terms govern your use of Property Landing Pages ("we," "us," or the "Service"), which lets real estate agents and brokerages publish agent and listing pages. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Please read Section 18. It requires most disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration, waives class actions, and explains how to opt out within 30 days.
1. Who can use the Service
The Service is offered to real estate professionals and brokerages in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for a brokerage or company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws of your state that cannot be waived by contract.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for your login and for everything done under your account. Tell us right away at support@propertylandingpages.com if you think your account has been used without permission.
3. Trial, subscription and automatic renewal
- Base plan (free). One listing, your brand and lead capture are free. No card required. You may upgrade to Pro at any time.
- Pro plan. $32 per month, or $25 per month billed yearly ($300/yr). Unlimited listings, built-in CRM, sold listings, custom domain, and every feature unlocked. Cancel anytime.
- Automatic renewal. Your Pro subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every year for yearly billing, every month for monthly billing) and is charged to your payment method on file at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Price changes. Prices may change. We will tell you by email before a new price applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes, if any, are added where required. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend your Pro features until it is paid.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- Cancel online anytime. Click Cancel plan in the Billing tab of your dashboard, or use the billing portal. No phone call or email is needed. You can also email support@propertylandingpages.com and we will cancel for you.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Pro access until then, and you will not be charged again.
- We do not give refunds or credits for partial periods or unused time, except where the law requires it.
- After your Pro subscription ends, your account returns to the free base plan (1 listing, no custom domain, no CRM, no sold listings, no staff seats). Your pages stay online.
5. Broker offices and pilots
- Office seats. A white-label broker office is billed to the broker, not to its agents, per active agent seat with a 50-seat minimum (currently $5/seat/month billed yearly, or $6 monthly). Seats renew automatically on the office's billing interval until the broker cancels. Pausing or removing an agent frees the seat. The broker controls the office's branding and its agents' membership.
- Pilots. We may offer a free 30-day pilot. A pilot costs nothing, ends automatically on its end date, and does not turn into a paid plan unless you choose one. When a pilot ends, pilot features and pages stop unless a paid plan is in place.
6. Referral credits and free months
A referral earns one free month only after the referred agent completes their 14-day trial and their first full paid billing cycle is charged successfully. Trials, canceled trials, comped accounts and office seats do not earn credit. Referral credits and free months have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or ended for future referrals. We may reverse credits obtained through abuse.
7. Your advertising compliance
You are solely responsible for your pages and for following every law and rule that applies to your real estate advertising wherever you do business, including:
- Brokerage disclosure: showing your brokerage name, office address and phone (and any license numbers) as your state requires.
- The federal Fair Housing Act, HUD advertising rules, and state and local fair housing laws.
- Your state real estate commission's license-law and advertising rules, and your brokerage's policies.
- MLS and IDX rules, and the National Association of REALTORS® rules and Code of Ethics if you are a member.
- The accuracy of your listings, prices, photos, descriptions, availability and contact details, and your right to advertise each property and use every photo and piece of content you upload.
The Service provides a brokerage footer, the Equal Housing Opportunity logo and fields to help, but we do not review your pages and do not guarantee they comply with any law or rule.
8. Leads, calls, texts and email
- You control your leads. When a visitor submits a form on your page, you are the business (controller) responsible for that lead. We act as your service provider (processor): we store the lead, show it in your dashboard, email it to you and, if you turn them on, send it to your CRM or webhook. We use lead data only to provide the Service to you, keep it secure and comply with law. We do not sell it or use it to market to the lead.
- Form disclosure. Lead forms tell the visitor who will receive their details and link to our Privacy Policy. Each lead is saved with the date and time it was submitted. A form disclosure does not by itself give you consent to call or text; getting that consent is your job.
- Your consent duties. You are responsible for having the consent the law requires before you call or text a lead (including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state telemarketing and "mini-TCPA" laws, and Do Not Call rules), for honoring opt-outs, and for following the CAN-SPAM Act and state email laws. We do not send marketing texts to anyone.
- You are responsible for your own privacy notice to the people you contact, and for answering their privacy requests. We will help where reasonable.
9. Your content and our license
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, resize, format, display and distribute your content as needed to operate, show and promote your pages, including in search engines, social previews and sitemaps. This license ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except for copies kept in routine backups for a limited time or where we must keep them by law. Unless your plan includes white-label, your pages include a small "Powered by Property Landing Pages" link as part of the Service.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to: post false, misleading or discriminatory content; upload content you do not have rights to; post anything illegal, harassing or harmful; send spam; try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service; scrape or resell the Service; or impersonate anyone.
11. Automated features
Some features work automatically, such as placing listings on a map from their address, resizing photos, building share images and suggesting readable colors. They can be wrong. Review your pages before you rely on them. We do not use generative AI to write your content.
12. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at support@propertylandingpages.com (subject "DMCA Notice") with: your signature; the work you claim is infringed; the page URL of the material; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice as the DMCA allows. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate.
13. Accessibility
We aim for the Service and the pages it builds to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to be usable by people with disabilities, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Agents are responsible for the content they add, such as photo descriptions and readable colors. If anything is hard to use, email support@propertylandingpages.com (subject "Accessibility") and we will work to fix it or provide the information another way.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove content, or suspend or close an account, if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or the law, creates risk for us or others, or if payment fails. Where reasonable we will tell you first. You can stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 7 through 9 and 15 through 19) survive termination.
15. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any leads or sales. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your listings, your advertising, how you contact or use leads, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
18. Disputes, arbitration and class action waiver
- Talk to us first. Before filing a claim, email support@propertylandingpages.com with a description of the dispute. We will both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
- Arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules (its Consumer Arbitration Rules if you use the Service as a consumer). The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitration may be held by video or phone, or in person in Georgia or in the county where you live. Fees follow the AAA rules.
- Exceptions. Either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either side may ask a court for an injunction to stop misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Service.
- Class action waiver. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not combine claims. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will go to court, not arbitration.
- 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@propertylandingpages.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, with your name, account email and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect anything else in these Terms.
19. Governing law and venue
These Terms apply to users in every U.S. state. They are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules, except that this does not take away protections you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live that cannot be waived. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. State notices
California: under Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or (800) 952-5210. New Jersey and other states: where these Terms say "to the extent permitted by applicable law" or that some jurisdictions do not allow a limit, the limit does not apply where your state's law prohibits it.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them. Changes do not apply to a dispute we already know about.
22. General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a part is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We may send notices to your account email.
