Teams

The team lead pays one Team plan with 5 agent seats included (add up to 15) and every agent gets Pro. Up to 3 Admin or ISA seats are free; they work leads but do not get listings, routed leads or a roster spot. New leads route by your rules: an existing contact goes back to their agent, a listing lead to the listing agent, an agent page lead to that agent, and team site leads by round robin with daily caps. The assigned agent gets an Accept button by email. If nobody accepts or touches the lead in 15 minutes it moves to the next agent, and after 2 misses it goes to the lead. Leads that come in after hours get a window that starts at 8am. The team owns its leads, and every assignment is logged.

Set it up

1. Billing > Start a team, name it.
2. Team > Team billing: pick yearly or monthly and check out. If you are on Pro it switches in place, prorated.
3. Team > copy the invite link and send it to your agents. Agents who already have an account can join from the link and keep everything.
4. Team > routing: pick a rule, response window and business hours.

Use it

• Leads > filter by agent, Waiting on Accept or Needs an agent. Open a lead to see its assignment log and reassign it.
• Team > pause an agent from rotation or set a daily cap.
• Team > Report: leads by source and agent, time to first touch, missed hand-offs and pipeline. A summary is emailed every Monday.
• Follow Up Boss and webhooks get the assigned agent on every team lead.

Plan

Team: $100 a month billed yearly ($1,200/yr) or $129 monthly, 5 agent seats included. Extra seats $15/mo yearly or $20 monthly, up to 15. 16 or more agents: use a broker office.
