Arizona real estate license renewal and CE
Renewals are handled by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE). Summary checked against the official sources in October 2026.
Renewal cycle
Arizona salesperson licenses run in 2-year license periods, and ADRE blocks renewal until every required CE category is complete.
Continuing education
- 24 hours of ADRE-approved continuing education each 2-year license period for salespersons, counted by category.
- Since January 1, 2025, renewal hours include 1 hour each of Firewise, Deed Fraud and Arizona Water.
- Submit each course certificate through the Licensee Login. ADRE does not receive completions from the school.
