Renewal cycle
Wyoming licenses renew on a 3-year cycle. The current cycle ends December 31, 2026, and approved courses completed January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026 count.
Continuing education
- Salespersons complete 45 hours per 3-year cycle: 24 required hours and 21 elective hours. The Wyoming Broker Management course counts as elective hours.
- Inactive licenses need no CE but must still be renewed ($370), or they are canceled.
