Keeping your license

  • Salespersons complete 45 hours per 3-year cycle: 24 required hours and 21 elective hours. The Wyoming Broker Management course counts as elective hours.
  • Inactive licenses need no CE but must still be renewed ($370), or they are canceled.

Questions

Do I need a website on day one?

No, but a simple page with your photo, brokerage and contact info helps clients find you. Property Landing Pages has a free plan with one listing page and an agent site.
