Help / Listings

Rentals, commercial, multifamily, new construction and land

Pick the property type and the form asks only for the facts that fit it.

For rent shows the monthly rent, deposit, available date, lease length, pets and utilities, with an Apply or ask button that opens your contact form. Commercial shows for sale or lease, building size, lot size, zoning, price per sq ft, NOI, cap rate and occupancy, plus an offering memo PDF. Multifamily adds unit mix, rent roll summary, NOI and cap rate. New construction shows builder, community, completion, incentives, lots available and floor plans. Land shows acres, utilities, road frontage, survey and topography, with the map first. Each fact shows once, in English and Spanish.

Set it up

  1. Listings > Add listing (or edit one) and choose the Property type.
  2. Fill the details box for that type. For rentals, the price is the monthly rent.
  3. Commercial or multifamily: after saving, upload the offering memo in Documents and check Offering memo. The document lead gate applies to it too.

Use it

  • When a rental is leased, use More > Mark rented in the Listings list. A rented listing works like a sold one: it shows a Rented badge and no longer counts toward your active listing limit.

Plan

Free and Pro. Rented listings count toward the sold listing limit (Free: 1 shown).
