Add and edit a listing

Each listing gets its own page with a gallery, facts, map, open houses and a share bar.

Set it up

1. Listings > Add listing.
2. Enter the address, price and details, then upload photos (they are resized for phones automatically, up to 50 per listing; 25 until large photo storage is on).
3. Drag photos to reorder. Drop the pin if the map is off.

Use it

• Edit any time; changes show within about 5 minutes.
• Use More details for HOA, garage, zoning and more.
• Co-listing agent: add their name and email (only with their OK). If they are on Property Landing Pages, their name links to their page and they get a short notice. If not, we email them one free signup invite through your referral link. Each address gets one email per listing, never on later saves, and anyone can opt out. The editor shows On PLP, linked or Invite sent with the date.

Free: 1 active listing (coming soon and pending count too; a partner offer can add one more). Pro: unlimited.
